Absolutely! It is not your job to know the technical terms. Our packages are built around allocated time blocks rather than old-fashioned foil counts. Just choose the package that best matches your goal (a quick freshen up vs. a complete transformation), or a complimentary consultation. We will sit down with your inspiration pictures during your appointment to design the exact placement together.

Yes, if you are new to the studio or changing your permanent colour tone, you must book a free Allergy Alert Test (AAT). This takes just 10 minutes and must be completed at least 48 hours before your actual hair colour appointment to comply with our Colour Responsible Policy.
